Little kicks

I have been feeling a lot of little movements and kicks from the baby inside! I think that this one is very easily startled, because everytime I move suddenly with my abs (getting up and such), I get a real intense kick in my belly! I can't wait until I can start to show Jenna the baby's movements from the outside, so that she can see there is a little person in there. We find out this Wednesday whether we are having a boy or girl, so stay tuned!

So, I just changed my facebook profile picture to this photo of Jenna. It's funny how many comments I've gotten already that she looks just like me! Oddly, this picture actually makes me think of my sister when she was little. It is so exciting to watch her grow and see all the changes she makes, physically and in personality. She is such a sweet and usually even-tempered little girl, but I can tell that she has that same stubborn streak that runs through me. What a fun time to be able to watch her change as we prepare for a new baby!

Look what I made!

I've decided to take up sewing, and this is the first dress I made for Jenna with a pattern all by myself. I know it might be kind of cheesy, but I get really excited when I can do something new, so here are my proud moment pictures. What do you think? Is it wearable? :)
